Course Requirements

Over the period of one school year (on a trimester basis), students will complete three rigorous courses:

  • Introduction to Culinary Arts*
  • Culinary Arts I
  • Culinary Arts II

Certifications

Students enrolled in the Culinary Arts pathway may earn the following industry recognized certifications:

  • ServSafe Certification Food Handler
  • ServSafe Certification Food Manager
  • NOCTI Culinary Arts College Credit
  • Atlanta Technical College College Credit

*Students earn 4 college credit in CUUL 1000 Fundamentals of Culinary Arts through articulation by taking course I during high school. Students may continue in Prep Cook at ATC.
